Papaya and Orange Smoothie Detox

Papaya: A nourishing fruit that helps stimulate and strengthen the body. It also has mineral salts and an enzyme that aids in digestion and absorption of nutrients by the body.
Orange: In addition to the famous vitamin C, it also offers folic acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron.
Chia: Contains a high nutritional value, omega-3, fibers, vitamins, minerals.
Strawberry: Helps fight skin aging, prevent heart disease and combat inflammation.

Ingredients

Enn pack 100 g frozen papaya puree
1/2 orange without fur, only the juice
3 strawberries (optional)
100 ml cold water
1 tbsp chia

Prepare

1. Put the frozen papaya puree in a blender
2. Add orange and strawberries if necessary
3. Add water and beat for a few minutes on high power
Papaya puree with Orange Detox
4. Put the chia and whisk until all the fruits are well crushed.
5. Just submit now!! Yield up to 2 cups of 250 ml
6. If desired, enter the juice through the sieve. But remember that half of the nutrients will disappear and your juice will not be a detox juice!
7. Drink the juice yourself, without any other guidance.
