This fresh watermelon, acai and yogurt bowl is a great start for a summer day. The delicious sweet watermelon makes this bowl a summer surprise.

Ingredients
2 packets 100g Acai pulp
1/4 glass coconut water
1 banana
1/2 Glass frozen Mixed berries
1/2 glass watermelon in pieces
Optional: 1/4 glass soy coconut Yogurt
Toppings:
muesli or roasted Buckwheat
fresh strawberries
fresh kiwi
fresh banana
honey pollen

Blender
Prepare
Break your frozen fruit pulp in half and break them into pieces in a blender.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix everything up to a thick mass pour the mixture into a bowl, top with your favorites and enjoy!
Good toppings are: kiwi, coconut flakes, mint and chia seeds.
