A delicious bowl full of protein. A delicious acai bowl to start your day

Ingredients

100g frozen acai puree @acaiamsterdam
100g frozen banana.
2 handfuls of fresh spinach/kale
50g frozen zucchini
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp supergreen food powder
1/2 avocado
100g berries
50ml coconut water
1 tsp wheat grass powder

Top with granola, peanutbutter & fresh fruit

Blender

Prepare

First blend the fresh greens with avocado, berries, coconut water and the powders together.
Add the frozen banana, zucchini and açai and blend everything again. Pour it in your coconut bowl.
Top with granola, peanutbutter & fresh fruit.

 

Tip: Leave some flowing hot water over the packaging of the Acai streams (this will release the packaging).
