Passion fruit is a very strong source of fiber, which is an essential part of a healthy diet, as it is the substance that allows healthy digestion of food and the regulation of bowel movements.

Passion Fruit Chiapudding with Pumpkin Coconut Cream

Prepare

Combine the passion fruit pulp, pumpkin spice, and chia seeds in a jar.

Feel free to melt the passion fruit already, but since the chia seeds have to sit anyway to absorb the liquid, you can also break it up into pieces like I did and let it melt yourself. Place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Mix the coconut yogurt with pumpkin puree (optional to add maple syrup/vanilla for more sweetness).

Add the pumpkin coconut cream to the chia pudding. Top with dried mulberries, banana, soy crisps!
