Papaya Smoothie

Smoothie with papaya and carrot-to start the day well, prepare this cool shake for the whole family!

Papaya reduces the risk of diabetes, heart disease and also has other benefits, such as healthier skin and hair. Needless to say it is rich in fiber, a function that facilitates the intestinal transit already.

Combining the carrot with the papaya, in addition to giving a unique flavor, helps to promote a nicer color. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is an incentive for melanin, a substance that promotes skin tone and protects against ultraviolet rays.

Ingredients

2 small bananas chopped and frozen
240 ml cold milk
160 grams yogurt
1 unit root – peeled and diced
100g Papaya frozen puree
1 teaspoon honey

Prepare

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is creamy.
2. Put in a cup or mug and then serve.

Good tip: Papaya fits well with citrus, black pepper, lime, mango and tropical fruit.
