We don't drink a smoothie anymore, we make a bowl of it. Extra Delicious!

Breakfast and in between
Spend the summer at home with this colorful mango smoothie bowl. Delicious for breakfast or as a snack for every day.

Ingredients
1 pack 100g frozen mango fruit puree
2 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons honey
Toppings (of your choice): fresh berries, chia seed, grated coconut, granola.
*As a substitute for the milk you can also use cottage cheese or yogurt.
Tip: With this dish you can also use other toppings.

Prepare
- Put the frozen mango fruit puree together with the banana, coconut milk, almond milk and honey in the blender or food processor. Mix to a smooth smoothie.
- Divide the smoothie over 2 deep bowls
- Garnish the smoothie with fresh berries, grated coconut and chia seed.
Tip: For the most delicious result you can do the best small pieces of frozen banana in the blender. The frozen banana gives a bowl the sturdy, creamy structure. Be sure to first pelt the banana and cut it into slices before you fill it. We don’t want to argue with the blender.
