Ingredients
1 pack 100g Acai sugar free from Acai Amsterdam
1 frozen banana (cut it into pieces before freezing to make it easier for you).
30ml to 50ml amount of liquid (we recommend apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water)

1. For 100g of Acai, use 1 frozen banana (cut it into pieces before freezing to make it easier for you).

3. Put the acai in the blender and add the frozen banana pieces and a small amount of liquid (we recommend apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water). Approximately 30 ml only for mixing. In this way the mixture remains creamy.
4. Blend it in a high speed, open the lid on the blender, look at the mix. Does your blend look smooth and creamy? Are all the solid chunks of acai and fruit gone? If so, you can pour the mix into a bowl and complement it with your desired toppings (banana, granola, coconut chips, etc) if the mixture still has too much thick texture blend it still 5 to 10 seconds.
