Acai is one of the most powerful berries in the world because it contains so many antioxidants! We love this rant 🤩 and would like to eat it despite the colder weather. So instead of frozen smoothies, make a perfect delicious OVERNIGHT OATS. It only takes 10 minutes to make and the next day (or after 2 hours) you’ll have such a delicious antioxidant-rich meal! ✨

🌱 Ingredients:
100 g frozen acai pulp
50 g oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
100 ml pea milk
1 banana
15 g hazelnut butter
cocoa nibs


Toppings: nut butter, banana, cocoa nibs & fresh strawberries! Enjoy!

👩🏻 🍳 Method:
Defrost the acai pulp, you can put it in warm water or leave it for 5 minutes.
Open the acai and add it to your blender together with 2/3 of the banana and the pea or plant milk. Blend until you get a smoothie.
Put the oatmeal and chia seeds in a bowl, pour in the acai smoothie and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
