Acai Pure Smoothie Bowl

The busy days are always knocking on our doorstep, and this protein-acaibowl is the perfect way to keep it full.

Breakfast and in between

There is something so refreshing about a smoothie bowl that is packed with nutritious proteins and antioxidants. It’s like eating ice cream that’s actually incredibly nutritious for you!



2 packets 100g Acai pulp puree
1/2 Banana
1/2 glass of dairy free milk (Chocolate)
1/2 Glass frozen Mixed berries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1. Then mix together in a blender: banana, milk, frozen berries, peanut butter and cocoa powder. Once combined, add the Acai (break it into pieces)

2. Mix again and add any more milk if desired.

3. Scoop in a bowl and complete it with muesli, fresh berries, cocoa chips (or chocolates) and any other delicacies you fancy.

Tip: Let some 30 sec running hot water flow over the acai’s packaging (this will release the packaging).
