Once your order has been placed at acaiamsterdam.nl, you will automatically receive an email.
We do not apply a minimum order amount for deliveries within Amsterdam.
For orders outside of Amsterdam, the minimum order amount is € 40.00.
Our live chat is available on our home page seven days a week from 8 am to 7pm. When we are not available, you can leave your message and provide an email address and we will contact you as soon as possible.

After your purchase, you will receive an email with a reference number to track and track your order as soon as the shipment is settled.
For orders within Amsterdam we will send you a confirmation by email or SMS as soon as possible. For orders outside of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) you will receive an email confirmation and on the day of delivery a Track & Trace with your reference number.
