Ingredients:
- 1 handful berry mix, frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 pack acai puree or 2 tsp. acai powder crushed with ice
- 4 tbsp. rolled oats
- 2/3 cups soy milk
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
Garnish:
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- Chopped mango
- Chopped almond
Process:
To make the acai bowl in a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Then pour it in a bowl and garnish it with coconut, fruits, and nuts. Serve chilled.
Fall inspired Acai bowl-
Ingredients:
- 1 handful frozen dark purple grapes
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 pack acai puree
- 1 apple
Garnish:
- Coconut
- Chia seeds
- Granola
- Hemp seeds
- Chopped almond
- Dried fruit
- Nuts

Ingredients:
- 1 kale puree
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 pack acai puree
- ½ cup apple juice
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1 frozen acai sorbet
- ½ tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. nut butter
- dash of lime juice

To make the acai sorbet, bowl in a blender add all the ingredients and let it chill in the fridge for 6 hours. Then scoop it and put in a bowl and garnish it with all the granola and sliced fruits.

- 1 frozen mango
- 1 pack acai puree
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 pack acai puree

Crust:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
