100 g Acai Amsterdam frozen pulp puree
2 tablespoons orange juice
Granola to accompany
Method of preparation: In the blender jar, place the semi-frozen Acai Amsterdam frozen puree, the banana and the orange juice. Blend until homogeneous, do not let the acai melt completely. Serve immediately and add granola over top.
Tips: The ingredients should be mixed quickly to obtain an ice-cold dessert with some ice flakes, not a liquid. Blend the Acai pulp with other fruits such as strawberry, kiwi, etc.
