3 tablespoons powder milk
100g Acai frozen pulp puree
2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
3 tablespoons cherry chopped
To decorate: Chantilly and cherry
Method of preparation:
Blend the powder milk, the Acai frozen pulp and the ice cream in the blender until smooth. Then add the cherries and mix in the blender until they are the smoothie with the dough. Decorate the side of a glass with strawberry syrup and fill with the dough obtained. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry. Serve immediately. Yield: 1 portion.
